WHAT WE FIX
Appliances We Repair
Whatever broke, here’s how we handle it. Each one links to its own page with symptoms, parts, and what to expect.

Refrigerator Repair
The food’s warm, the fridge hums nonstop, or there’s water pooled on the floor. Usually a failed evaporator fan, defrost problem, dirty coils, or bad control board; we’ll find out which.

Washer Repair
Front-loader or top-loader, washers that won’t drain, won’t spin, leak, walk across the floor, or smell like mildew. We check the pump, valves, gaskets, switches, and belts.

Dryer Repair
Gas & electric. No heat, two cycles to dry, or a loud squeal, from clogged vents to igniters, elements, fuses, rollers, and pulleys. Dryer vent cleaning available.

Dishwasher Repair
Dishes still dirty, water sitting at the bottom, or a leak under the sink. Often a drain pump, spray arm, door latch, or inlet valve.

Oven Repair
It won’t heat, heats unevenly, or won’t light. Gas ovens often need a new igniter; electric ovens usually need a bake element or temperature sensor.

Stove & Range Repair
Burners that won’t light, clicking that never stops, or a cooktop with dead spots. We service gas, electric, and glass cooktops.

Freezer Repair
Not freezing, thick frost, or a power outage with a freezer full of food. We check the defrost system, the fan, and the compressor start parts.

Ice Maker Repair
No ice, slow ice, or a leak behind the fridge. Usually an inlet valve, a frozen fill tube, a clogged filter, or the ice maker assembly.

Microwave Repair
Microwaves hold dangerous voltage even when unplugged, so skip the DIY. We’ll tell you if a fix makes sense, since many cost less to replace.
Also on our list: garbage disposals, appliance installation and hookups, vent hoods, and preventive tune-ups.
Don’t see your appliance listed? Call or text [PHONE] and we’ll tell you if we can help.

Ask Question
Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers
01. Is a service call fee normal?
Yes. Most repair companies charge a diagnostic fee to cover the trip and the testing. Ours is [$__], and it [is/isn’t] applied toward the repair if you go ahead. You’ll know the fee before we show up, and the repair price before we start.
02. Is it worth fixing a 10-year-old appliance?
Often, yes. If the repair costs well under half of a comparable new one and the appliance isn’t near the end of its typical life, fixing it usually wins. A 10-year-old gas range is usually worth repairing. A 10-year-old front-load washer that needs a big part may not be. We’ll tell you plainly, even when that means replacing it.
03. How long do parts take, and can you finish in one visit?
Common parts [we carry on the truck] let many repairs finish in one visit. Survey data suggests about six in ten repairs succeed on the first try, and most within two visits. If a part must be ordered, we’ll tell you the likely wait first. Specialty cooktop and wall-oven parts can take longer.
04. Do you repair gas dryers and ranges?
[Yes. We repair gas and electric ranges, ovens, and dryers.] Gas work includes igniters, flame sensors, and venting checks. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility first.
05. Will a power surge damage my appliances?
It can. Surges commonly damage the control boards in refrigerators, washers, and ovens. Unplug during storms when you can, and consider surge protection. If something stops working after a storm, we’ll test the board and tell you whether it’s worth replacing.
06. Do you service my brand?
We work on most major brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Samsung, LG, and Frigidaire. [List only what you service.] Brands from the same maker often share parts. Send us your model number and we’ll confirm before you book.
07. What does your warranty cover?
[Parts and labor on the repair we performed, for __ days. If the same problem comes back, we return at no charge. It doesn’t cover unrelated failures or damage after the repair.]
