Quick Navigation
1 Appliance Repair Services
We provide in-home diagnostic and repair services for major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges, within our stated service area. The services we offer are described on this website and may change from time to time.
2 Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or through our online contact form, and confirmed before the visit. We make every effort to arrive within the stated arrival window; if we are delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3 Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee may apply to each service visit. The amount of the fee, and whether it is applied toward the cost of an approved repair, will be disclosed to you before the visit.
4 Repair Estimates
After diagnosis, we provide an upfront estimate covering parts and labor before any repair work begins. No repair work is performed without your approval of the estimate.
5 Parts
Replacement parts may be new, manufacturer-original, or quality aftermarket parts, as disclosed in your estimate. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our labor warranty described below.
6 Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless other arrangements are agreed in advance. We accept cards, cash, and checks.
7 Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to another customer. Repeated missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.
8 Customer Access
An adult (18 or older) must be present to grant access to the appliance and authorize the work. Please make sure the appliance is accessible and the surrounding area is clear when the technician arrives.
9 Repair Warranty
Repairs are backed by our parts-and-labor warranty for the term stated on your invoice and in our service materials. The warranty covers the specific repair performed; it does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or damage occurring after the visit.
10 Existing Conditions
We note the condition of the appliance and the surrounding area at the start of each visit. Pre-existing damage, wear, or cosmetic issues recorded at that time are not covered by our work.
11 Appliance Condition
Some appliances may be beyond economical repair due to age, parts availability, or the extent of the failure. In such cases we will explain your options honestly, including replacement, and you are under no obligation to proceed.
12 Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the appliance and its symptoms, ensuring reasonable access to the unit, and following any care instructions provided after the repair.
13 No Guarantee of Repair
While we make every reasonable effort to repair your appliance, some faults cannot be resolved due to discontinued parts or manufacturer limitations. If a repair is not possible, we will explain why and discuss alternatives.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
16 Website Information
Content on this website, including pricing ranges and service descriptions, is provided for general information and may change without notice. It does not constitute a binding quote; binding pricing is provided only after diagnosis.
17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your service appointment applies to that appointment.
